No stars. Could not get in door with buggy no assistance. As soon as staff viewed a dad buggy and 2 kids I was told no tables, 2 in front of me empty not cleared clearly not welcome so left again no assistance getting out of building. 30 secs walk to Zizzi and wow. Door opened taken straight to a table which suited buggy. High chair bought over complete opposite now I was a regular at Fleet Prezzo (no issue with Fleet) but it's a trip to Zizzi every time now.September 21, 2016
